CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT:<\/strong>
\nTurmad\u00e8n there are five double rooms and a Comfort Suite. The double rooms are between 18 and 34 m2. They all have a bathroom with shower and their own terrace. The SAXIFRAGA, MALVA INDICA and ASPIDIUM rooms allow the placement of an auxiliary bed on request. The comfort suite or PAPAVER room has 55 m2, has its own living room and terrace and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. As common spaces there are two living rooms, a dining room and various outdoor spaces: gardens, terraces, rest areas, swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Animals are not accepted.<\/p>\n

\nBreakfast included in the rate. Hours from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
\nFree Wi-Fi connection in rooms, common areas and outside areas
\nFree coffee, tea and herbal teas
\nDaily room service, except Sundays for staff rest
\nChange of household linen, towels and bathrobes every 4 days
\nRefrigerator for storing food and self-service for fresh drinks
\nLunch and \/ or dinner, as well as a picnic on request
\nLoan of beach towels, umbrellas and children’s toys
\nExtra bed in double room \u20ac 30 \/ night on request
\nExtra bed in Papaver suite room \u20ac 35 \/ night, with a maximum of two extras.
\nFree travel cot.<\/p>\n

RATES, RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT METHODS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:<\/strong>
\nRates<\/strong> include 10% VAT.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Tourism Tax<\/strong>, applied from July 1, 2016 not included in the rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Applicable value of \u20ac 1.10 \/ day \/ person over 16 years (VAT included).<\/strong><\/p>\n

From November 1 to April 30 \u20ac 0.55 \/ day \/ person. Stays longer than 9 days 50% discount.<\/p>\n

Bookings.<\/strong> Reservations can be made from our website or marketing channels contracted by the company, by e-mail or by phone. The reservation will be effective when 30% of the price of the stay has been paid. The rest of the payment will be made upon arrival at the establishment.<\/p>\n

Cancellations.<\/strong> Normal: The amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation is made 7 days before arrival. The total amount of the reservation will be charged if the cancellation is later than 7 days. It will be fully or partially returned depending on the occupation recovered.<\/p>\n

Non Refundable: A discount of 7% will be applied, but the total stay can be charged.<\/p>\n

Early departures: the entire reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n

Returns.<\/strong> Returns will be made using the same form of payment as that used by the customer.<\/p>\n

Inputs and outputs.<\/strong> The entrance will be from 2:00 p.m. and the departure will be at 12:00 h. The possibility of luggage storage is offered.<\/p>\n

Payment Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Bank card: You can pay by bank card without any surcharge. It is a totally secure system, which meets all the established security requirements and protocols.<\/p>\n
